Aurafice then, now Missoula

A lot has happened this week. Right now I’m in Missoula, but more on that later.. in the meantime: there are some more stations on the list now — I didn’t have time to put up all of them, but it looks like it’s going pretty well. I’m in the process of getting Iowa Anvil on Amazon — that should be ready in a few days if I keep hitting internet cafes on the road. I didn’t have time to get shirts up on the site, which is sad, but just as well. I need to order more of them in strategic sizes. The CD release/tour kickoff at Aurafice was amazingly wonderful. My friends are the best.

And now I’m in Missoula. I’m right now making the decision to put the tour stuff on a [different page], as it’s going to get lengthy.

Car bad, distro good

My car is probably ok, which is rad. I have a coolant leak of some sort though, so I might rent a car anyway. Now that I think about it, renting is a really good idea. It’s just expensive.

By the way, Carrot Top Records has agreed to start distributing Iowa Anvil, which is pretty cool. This happened a couple of weeks ago, but I didn’t think to mention it until now. If I ever know which stores are carrying it, I’ll put that up on the site. It won’t be many, but it’s a start.

And finally, sometime later today I think I will put my shirts up on the site for sale.

Radio, car

Here’s the radio list, as promised. I actually don’t know what’s in what kind of rotation where, as it turns out most college radio station websites are really, really awful. It’s like 1996. Really. It’s that bad.

In other news, I fear the people replacing my car’s clutch have destroyed my transmission, so I’ll probably be renting a car for the tour, which means that I’ve already lost a whole lot of money. The gods of Rock may be dark and vengeful, but it’s the gods of Dayjob that have a sense of humor.
