Hi there, I’ve decided to turn this thing into a blog. Now you can leave comments. I’ve put the old entries below and faked the dates.
Hey! Today’s the last day of my tour.. I’ll be in Kennewick tonight and then back in Seattle tomorrow, and at work on Monday. That last part’s not so good, but the fun had to end sometime.
In other news, here’s what the Boise Weekly had to say about Iowa Anvil. In other, similar news, last night I met someone who knew what an “Iowa Anvil” is. He learned the term from the same person who taugh me, which was a neat coincidence.
Hey, I haven’t said anything in a while. So, let me say this: I’m going on tour again in about five weeks, for two weeks.
The graze t-shirts are finally available for sale up there on the web now. Check it out on the j-shirt site.
Just played a show with Rosyvelt, my other band, at the Rendezvous. It was a late night, but a fun one. This caps off a busy weekend, with two the graze shows and one rosyvelt one. The graze at Chop Suey was insanely packed. We went over like a lead balloon, but it was a lot of people at least. Saturday at ToST was also well-attended, and it we were very well-liked. Weird how that works out. Thanks to those who came! By the way, Rosyvelt plays on Friday in Olympia.
I’m back in Seattle now. I’ll be making my final tour diary update sometime tomorrow, as I want it to include whatever happens during tonight’s show. I also have an interesting story about Chico.
I need to give big thanks to everyone who helped me out this last month. The tour was the most fun I’ve had in a while, and I wish I were still out there. It’s time to start planning the next one. In the meantime, the radio and press pages are up-to-date, and I’m thinking about making some recordings.
