A few weeks ago my pal Robb asked me if I would play bass for him at a show, as his usual bass player was to be out of town. Robb is a rock god, so I said yes, and on Friday I got to play with him and drummer Eric Eagle at ToST. It was a lot of fun, and once again Robb proved to a room full of people that he’s one of the best singers and songwriters in town — if you haven’t checked out Robb’s Tree Mind project (not to mention his other band Dear John Letters) then you need to visit this website: thetreemind.com. Last night in Ellensburg was a lot of fun, so I want to say thanks to everyone who stuck around. It wasn’t an outdoor show after all, called on account of rain, so now I know what the student union building at CWU looks like. Here’s a handbill from the event:

Hiya, tomorrow I’ll be playing in Ellensburg, at Central Washington University. This is especially cool as I get to leave work early and go on a roadtrip. Here are the details:
It’s an outdoor show, on CWU campus, at “the bowl” located near the science building and stevens. The show starts at 6 and is free, an includes the following bands:
